Production guarantees
The capacity of the short goods production line is:
· 600 kg/h referred to shapes with specific weight equal to 400 kg/cu.m. with wall thickness 0.9÷1.0 mm,
· in one hour of uninterrupted operation
· product final humidity: 12,5 % max.;
Our production line can produce shapes with wall thickness thicker than 1 mm and specific weight < 0 > of 500 kg/cu.m yet with respective change in the production output (dies for these shapes are not included in our supply).
Raw materials to be used:
· 100% durum wheat semolina;
· 100% soft wheat flour:
· mixtures of durum and soft wheat.

Description:
· Press model Cobra 800 with Nr 2 head diameter 350mm complete with screw and cylinder
· Nr 2 Butterfly machine
· Trabatto Double 4.60mt with 5 levels
· Pre-dryer model Intel 7.20mt with 9 levels
· N.3 Elevator “Z” shape with alluminium buckets
· Dryer model Teles 7.50mt with 9 levels.
Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical control of all the components of the line.
Flour loading hopper , complete with flour sieve, flour feed compressor and dust recovery filter.( new)
Disassembly and supervision of assembly
The disassembly of the plants will be at P.I.M. charge
The supervision to the installation of the production lines will be carried out by our specialist (name and qualification to be confirmed). It is agreed that Customer will bear all costs concerning flight tickets,board and lodging, local transportation and national/international communications (the
accommodation must be approved by the Supplier).
Personnel requested will be approximately the following for each line:
· NO. 4 Mechanics;
· NO. 2 Electricians;
· NO. 2 Plumbers
· NO. 2 General assistants
All masonry works, means of transportation and hoisting such as cranes, lifters, etc. will be at the
Customer’s expense.

قدرة خط إنتاج البضائع القصيرة هي:
· 600 كجم / ساعة تشير إلى الأشكال ذات الوزن النوعي الذي يساوي 400 كجم / متر مكعب. بسمك جدار 0.9 ÷ 1.0 مم ،
· في ساعة واحدة من التشغيل المستمر
· الرطوبة النهائية للمنتج: 12.5٪ كحد أقصى ؛
يمكن أن ينتج خط الإنتاج الخاص بنا أشكالًا بسماكة جدار تزيد عن 1 مم ووزن محدد <0> 500 كجم / متر مكعب ولكن مع تغيير كل منها في ناتج الإنتاج (لم يتم تضمين قوالب
هذه الأشكال في التوريد الخاص بنا).
لمواد الخام التي سيتم استخدامها:
– سميد القمح القاسي 100٪.
