  1. SOAP PELLET UNLOADING SYSTEM FOR 1 TON BIG BAGS

♦ Assembled on load cells

DESCRIPTION = Each bag is lifted with an ectrical lifting hoist controlled by the operator, carried over the unloading

station. In its bottom a rotary valve feeds the pellets to the hopper of the downstream belt conveyor. When the cells of the

downstream hopper detects an overflow, the rotary valve stops.

DESCRIPTION = This conveyor conveys the product from the up-stream machine to the down-stream machine.

  1. AMALGAMATOR “MSB-1200”

♦ Parts in contact with soap made in Stainless steel

♦ Batch Capacity: 300 Kg of soap pellets

♦ Trough volume: 1150 liters

♦ Installed power: 18,5 kW

DESCRIPTION = The amalgamator has been designed to mix soap pellets with all types of liquid and solid additives.

The blades assure thoroughly mixing of all the ingredients and are very easy to clean.

On the operator side a door is provided for inspection or cleaning.

A discharge door actuated by a pneumatic cylinder is placed on the bottom of the tank with interlock microswitch.

DESCRIPTION = The Duplex Plodder consists of two stages: preliminary and

final stage connected by a vacuum chamber.

The machine is designed for homogenizing, refining, compressing and

extruding the processed soap in form of a continuous bar through the die-plate

which gives the required shape to the bar.
